I'm 67. Fit, wealthy, emotionally available, congenial... Live in a DC suburb, but if you live within 100 miles of a city with a population of about 200,000 or more, we should talk.

When I'm opening an office and am growing it up to sustainability, I'll be there for from 4 - 6 days a week, for up to 6 months. So I'll be effectively local for a long time. And if you are willing and able to fly to me when I am NOT in town - once you know me well enough - that is a BIG plus.

Including fun OUTSIDE . If you want to explore the possibility, I will want to switch to the phone, etc, to start getting to know each other as soon as you are comfortable enough.

Then we use seeing and hearing each other live to help us determine if we are probably a good fit, and to begin building a bond between us. Followed by a Meet & Greet. If needed, you may have a couple of dates so you know me IRL matches up with the me you've become comfortable with.

Then we begin playing. I'll be kind, firm but gentle... hopefully we'll have fun.

I'm opening up offices of the company I own in cities all across the US. I vastly prefer a negotiate Arrangement situation, where we spoil each other within our mutual comfort zones. IRL, and a real relationship are key. Being emotionally available is a plus, but catching feelings is NOT required.
