      To make it a lot easier, send one check or money order for 3 months or 6 months or a year so you don’t have to go to the bank and post office every few weeks to buy a money order and envelope and stamp and mail it to us by snail mail. Multiply the amount below times how many months you want to pay for and mail us that amount.

      Adding Full Contact to your membership lets even non paying member contact you and read messages you send to them and reply. Without Full Contact you can only communicate with paid members. This increases the number of members you can communicate with by 5 to 10 times more members than you can communicate with if you do not have Full Contact.

    • Can I cancel my membership?

      Yes you can cancel your membership and request your account and profile be removed from the site or you can keep your account and profile but simply cancel your payments.

      The quickest way to do either one is on the Contact Us page at sugardaddy.com/contact. Click on Cancel Payments. Make sure you are logged in first.

    • How do I add someone to my Favorites?

      When looking at profiles of sugar babies or sugar daddies, click on the Heart next to their username to add them to your Favorites.

    • How do I delete someone from my Favorites?

      If you want to remove a sugar daddy or sugar baby from your Favorites, start at Members Home. Click on the Heart icon, show Favorites. Listed there you will see everyone you added to your Favorites. Click on the Heart to select the user you want to delete. A message will appear that the user was removed from your favorites.

    • How do I block someone?

      On the users profile page below Your Activity Block, click on Block (username) from Messages/Kiss you.

  • Questions About The Profile Page:

    • My profile was declined. Why?

      Reasons that a profile might be declined include: email, phone number included in your profile even if disguised, obscenity, abusive language, sexually explicit language, offers of sex for money, soliciting any kind of business, and other similar offenses.

    • My profile and account are gone. What happened?

      We may have deleted your account because you were identified as a scammer, or because you kept trying to post forbidden content even after customer service had removed it before.

    • Can I hide my profile temporarily without deleting it permanently if I want to take time off from using the site and then possibly come back later?

      On the Home page, after you login, under Privacy, click the Suspend button. To un-suspend, click the Re-Activate button.

  • Photo Questions:

    • I want to add photos. How do I do that?

      Go the "Control Panel" after first logging in and clicking Home. Go to the camera icon which is My Photos then click Choose File, find the file on your computer and click Open and then click Upload Image.

    • I am having trouble uploading my photos. Why?

      Photos are limited to the following file formats: JPEG, GIF and PNG with a file size of 350kb or less. If you follow these guidelines and still cannot upload photos, please call customer service at or email us at [email protected]. You may also use the Contact Us page located at sugardaddy.com/contact.

    • Is there a limit on the number of photos?

      SugarDaddy.com allow you to upload as many photos as you wish no limits!

    • How do Private Photos work?

      The photo in first position will always be your main public profile photo. All other photos can be left as public or marked as Private or Paid Members Only. Private means no one can see that photo unless you give them the photo password. Paid Members Only means that only paying members can see that photo.

  • Warnings and Consequences:

    • Why was I marked as a Spammer?

      When members receive messages from you, they can click a button labeling your message as SPAM. If too many members label your messages as SPAM we will take action against you including possible removing your account and blocking you. So don’t SPAM our members.

    • What is not allowed?

      We PROHIBIT anyone from using this service to promote any illegal activities such as prostitution, sex trafficking, escort services or illicit commercial activities of any kind ("illegal activity"). This dating site is only for consenting adults to find companionship. If illegal activity is included in a profile or in messages on the website, we will, among other things terminate and remove the profile and ban you permanently from this site. Any communications on the site related to an illegal activity, such as promoting sex trafficking or the exchange of sex for money, will result in immediate cancellation of membership. We have a zero tolerance policy for illegal activity and we will fully co-operate with all law enforcement agencies in order to keep this site a safe, clean and enjoyable dating site for our members.
