I am an older fit software/computer engineer who owns 2 companies (Milwaukee and Chicago), works long hours and loves it. Each business sells niche but critical software & services used by many large businesses and government agencies. I own residences in Chicago, Northern Wisconsin, and my primary in SE Wisconsin.

I married the love of my life for 32 years, raised a fabulous family and was blessed until I was widowed 8 years ago. I am a country gentlemen and a romantic. I am very active with many friends and work out often. I have realized i do not have the time to invest in standard dating so i am a sugar veteran. Each of my previous SB/FWB has always been exclusive (one at a time) and has resulted in a life long friendship. After a few years of mentoring by many good people, confidence building & her very hard work my most recent partner started a new career, met the love of her life and plans to start a family.

I am very easy going, laugh a lot, believe in fun (work hard and play hard). I believe in giving back to the common good for the fortunate and blessed life i have had so I do a lot of volunteer work. I am compassionate, generous and understanding.

I need very little discretion, but do not need the public show of arm candy for confidence. However being with a well dressed lady is always enjoyable.
I will easily work within the descretion requirements of my partner and respect her personal life when we are not together and expect the same.
In cases where discretion is needed our dates will not all be in private.
We will simply find public places for our dates where no one will know us. Whether it is an evening, all day or overnight date for dining, dancing, theater or other outdoor activity or event we will travel to where we need to by car or plane. A 30-40 minute plane trip can get you a comfortable distance. Where discretion is needed (even after we may have become more personal) on any overnight trips my partner will have her own hotel room and accommodations.

Potential ladies will be independent, honest and communicate comfortably about her needs & expectations to establish the boundaries of a mutually beneficial arrangement. Often flexibility & contingencies must be included for her priority family or career responsibilities. She can count on being treated as a lady at all times. She will feel at ease and enjoy different settings & activities to include wings & beer/wine in blue jeans watching a football game, dressing up as she pleases for an evening of fine dining, dancing or theater/concerts, the occasional formal event, the occasional trip where a passport is required and frequent weekend trips where we consume the outdoors with sailing, boating, skiing, camping, swimming, hiking, fishing or any of the various festivals and events. I am open to any partner. I am more interested in the color of the heart and the shade of the character. Time is required to get to know each other and determine if there is a chemistry, intellectual connection and physical attraction to be close friends. Communication is so key for enjoying general conversation and sharing intimate discussions for building a close friendship. We expect more to the time together. And for me it is the journey to be friends (girl friend experience). You are being compensated for your time to develop a friendship, companionship, trust having fun & adventure. I would never want a partner to do anything until they were ready. MY APPROACH TO AN ARRANGEMENT After we communicate by text & phone and mutually think we should meet, we will arrange to meet in a public place over coffee/meal. If needed I will cover the costs for you to get to our meeting place and can go over that when we agree to meet. If we decide we are interested in getting to know each other better over a few months we will negotiate an arrangement to meet 1-3 times a month as we can schedule. We can be flexible as to the best needs of the lady. The lady can expect the additional gifts and shopping opportunities that come when spending time with a gentlemen. After spending the time to get to know each other (around upto 6 months) we will decide we want to continue our friendship. However, we can explore any ideas the lady may have for an arrangement.
